ORDER

As per the Governrnent Order read lst and 2nd above, Govermnent have implemented

UGC Vth scheme in the State and the period of Career Advancement Scheme was extended

up to 17.09.2010. As per the provisions in the Government order 1st cited, the claims for CAS

has to be approved by the Screening Committee concerned.

Proposals for Senior Scale/Selection Grade placement were submitted to the Screening

Committee held on 26.03.2018 and 27.03.2018. The Committee after examination resolved to

approve the placement to teachers of Government Colleges as per 3rd read above, and as given

in Annexme I A and IT to the order.

The proposals which were received after the due date (31.07.:~>17) as i.ostrt£ted vide

this office letter No.UGC Cel12/16685/17 dated 30.06.2017 are given in Annexure I B which

were approved by the committee on a condition that 1004 of the arrears will be levied as

penalty for late application. The Accountant General and Principal concerned wilt take

further action to withheld the arrear due to such persons.

The placement granted as per this order is subject to the f<tlowing condaions.

(i) This order is subject to verification of the Accountant General concerned for issuing

pay slips.

(ii) If any amount drawn by the incumbent by this order is found to be in excess due to

mistake or any other reason, noticed later, he/she would be liable to re:ftmd the

amount so received in lump unconditionally.

(iii) The incumbent should submit his/her option and declaration for the fixation of pay

within three months of this order to the Accountant General, concerned.
