Subject:- Seniority List of the Members of Jammu & Kashmir Accounts (Gazetted) Service, as on 01.04.2011.
Government Order No. 120 – F of 2011
Dated: 19-04-2011
The Seniority List of the members of Jammu & Kashmir Accounts (Gazetted) Service, as it stood on 01.04.2011 is
hereby issued for circulation among the members of the Service with following conditions :-
a) The seniority of officers appearing in Annexure ‘A’ ‘B’ , ‘C’ & ‘D’ of this Govt. Order shall be deemed as absolute and final;
b) The seniority of Shri Vikram Dewan and Shri Zahoor Ahmad Reshi, figuring at Serial No. 1 & 2 in Annexure ‘D’, shall be fixed at the appropriate places in Annexure ‘C’ of this Govt. Order as and when the officers are cleared by the Establish-cum-Selection
Committee for promotion to the Selection Grade;
c) The seniority position of Shri Raman Kumar, figuring at S.No. 3, in Annexure ‘E’, shall be fixed at the appropriate place in
Annexure ’D’ of this Government Order as and when cleared by the DPC/PSC for promotion to the Senior Scale.;
d) The snioeiry postion of the officers appearing at Annrecure-E is tentantive and subject to outcome of the case pending in the J&K Public Service Commission regarding change in date of regularization in respect of some officers.
e) The objections, if any, against seniority fixed as at Annexure ‘E’ shall be filed in the Finance Department within one month from the date of issue of this order;

f) The date(s) of birth, recorded in the seniority list, shall not be taken as authentic and the date of birth as recorded as per
Rules in the Service Book(s) of the officer(s) shall be final; and g) The Seniority List is issued without any prejudice to the outcome of writ petition(s), if any, pending in any Court of Law.
