Feedback Analysis: Feed back on various aspects

SWOT analysis has been a very regular practice in the College and students evaluate the

Academics, Extra Curricular Activities, Infrastructure and Facilities, Training in Personality &

Behavior, Skill Development and Career Guidance.

Students:

Feedback from outgoing students is used to plan new courses. Feedback from students is a

basis to suggest inclusion of new areas in the curriculum, for example financial economics

replaced Urban Development in Economics Subject. The Alumnae are members of CPDC and

Parent Teacher Associations and have a say in deciding any innovative curricula.

Guardians:

Parents Association is encouraged to meet frequently and suggestions are taken from the

Parents in open discussions on several aspects particularly Academics, Personality, Behaviour,

Skills and Career. Many of the sensible suggestions that come up during the Parents Meets are

implemented.

Employers and Academic Peers:

Feedback from Employers helps in identifying the global/regional needs and adapting the

curriculum to match the same. The college faculty interacts with the employers after Job

Melas, after the students are employed. Feedback from local schools, Industries, Travel

Agencies and from MNCs like Infosys is used to enhance quality.

Feedback from Academic Peers on curricular development is obtained through workshops and

formal interactions and is included in the suggestions submitted by the departments to the

statutory bodies.
