• Establishment of Board Subcommittee on Performance

• Alternating transition years between Chair & Vice Chair; propose this Vice Chair term run for only one year.

• Nomination closure chair and vice-chair 10 May COB.

Malaria endemic country constituency

i) Economic Community of Central African States (ECCAS)The constituency nominated Cameroon for a 2nd term and Angola as

alternate

ii) Intergovernmental Agency for Development (IGAD) Ethiopia was elected as RBM board representative and Uganda

designated alternate.

iii) Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS)For English speaking countries, Nigeria was re-elected RBM Board

member and Liberia alternate. For French speaking countries, Mali was elected RBM Board member and Niger alternate.

iv) Regular meeting of SADC, March 2007Lesotho was elected for a two year term.

constituency Board seats should be allocated to the three largest contributors.
