1. Immerse unopened bag into boiling water. 2. Heat product to 82C (180 F) 3. When product reaches 82C it’s ready to serve and the bag will appear expanded. 4. Open bag by slicing with scissors or knife above the level of the product. Grip bottom edge of the

bag and pour into container… CAUTION: Use oven gloves to protect your hands from heat. 5. Hold product between 71C – 74C ( 160F – 165F)
