GOOGLE TUTORIAL ­ How to Add a Spell/Grammar Checker to AddOns  

1. Click ADD ONS > GET ADD ONS  

  

2. Type “VeritySpell” in Search box > ENTER  

  

3.   Click + FREE  

  

4.   Click ALLOW 

  

5.   Click ADD­ONS > VERITYSPELL > START  

   

6.   VeritySpell will appear to the right of your document > Click right arrow  

  

7. Confusable words – go through these to see if there is a problem with the usage > click RIGHT ARROW in VeritySpell box to continue  

  

8.   Click right arrow > Grammar check – If more than one suggestion, click on correct choice > click on check mark to replace with suggestion  

    

9.  Click right arrow > Spell checker – Click check mark to replace with suggested word > Click X in top right of  VeritySpell to close box to close VeritySpell
