INTRODUCTION:

MOBILE MARKETING:

Mobile Marketing is a set of practices that enables organizations to communicate and engage with their audience in an interactive and relevant manner through any mobile device or network.

MOBILE ADVERTISING:

Mobile advertising is a form of advertising via mobile (wireless) phones or other mobile devices. It is a subset of mobile marketing.

SEARCH ADS

Mobile search ads drive customer acquisition, conversion and leads,

Text ads-Just like text ads on desktop computers, text ads on mobile devices contain three lines of ad text and a display URL that links to the advertiser's website.

Click to download-Click-to-download ads let you promote your mobile apps directly in Google search results.

Click-to-call Call extensions- Call Extensions enables you to include a click-to-call phone number in your mobile ad that allows users to click once to instantly connect to your business and speak with someone. Your phone number appears as an additional line of ad text.

Click-to-call Location extensions- Location Extension ads feature your phone number and business location on an expandable map that makes it easy for potential customers to navigate to your store. When users search near your location, they may also see distance info -- how far they are from your business -- and, by clicking on the map, directions there.

Ads with Offers-Ads with Offers let advertisers include special deals in their mobile search ads.

Hyperlocal Ads-Hyperlocal is an enhancement to Location Extensions that tells your customers how close they are to your business.

Seller ratings-The Seller Ratings Extension helps mobile searchers see what their fellow shoppers think of any given merchant. Seller Rating extensions add user-submitted ratings about your business to your AdWords ad.

Ad sitelinks.Sitelinks direct users to specific pages of your website.

Location extensions with multiple addresses.Location Extensions with Multiple Addresses let advertisers list all their nearby business locations within their search ad, or show them on a Google Map for Mobile.

Text ad- The basic Text Ad for smartphones use 35 characters and an icon. The Ad is normally placed at the top of the screen. Once clicked, the Ad can be coded to direct a user to a website, a mobile minisite, a Video, a Mobile application or even an iTunes download.

Banner ads- Banner Ads are better to use than Text Ads as you are not really limited to the amount of characters you can use and you can also add your company branding.

Click-to-call Phone Extensions.To make things a little easier, Google has recently introduced a new feature that enables advertisers to add a clickable phone number to their mobile ads. Users can now easily connect with the local business theyre looking for directly by phone.

Locations extensions.Location extensions include your local business address and phone number. You can include multiple locations in a single campaign, and the one closest to the user will appear in the ad.

Expandable Image Ad- Beta-display ads on high-end mobile devices are expandable when shown on the mobile Display Network or within mobile applications.

Expandable Video Ad- Beta-Turns out users would like to stay within context of ad and not leave the page.
