What is Google Earth? Google Earth lets you fly anywhere on Earth to view satellite imagery, maps, terrain, 3D buildings, and even explore galaxies in Google Sky. You can explore rich geographical content, save your toured places, and share with others.

Google Earth offers a free version for Mac and PC

Latest version is Google Earth 4.3 (as of 07/2008)

1.) Go to http://earth.google.com and click on the download tab.2.) Read the user agreement and download.3.) The Google Earth file will download to your desktop. Click on it to open and be sure to save/transfer it to your Applications folder (do not leave the file on your desktop). 4.) Open the Application.5.) Type a destination in the search box and begin exploring!
