Changes to Referral SystemBasic definitions:
◦ Intervention Log (AKA: The Low-Level Referral)
◦Office Referral (AKA: 3 Strikes! You’re Out!)
Two Points of Access:◦From your iPad by making an icon for the
website ◦From your teacher computer by utilizing
the shortcut on your desktop
Google Doc Referral Form Basics
Fill out the appropriate form.Click “Submit.”
A filled-in form will be sent to your Inbox for your records.
Suggestions: ~Save it to a folder on your teacher computer for your reference ~Make changes to entry~E-mail to a parent (email addresses can be accessed in ARIES)

On your desktop, please go to the shortcut and click on one of the Intervention Logs and fill out a form for “Lil Randy.”
Creating an Icon on the iPad
Click the link sent in the email this morning.Since you are already logged into Google
Docs, you should go to the “RVHS Google Doc Referral” webpage
Being icon-ic!Click on “Add to Home Screen” and name the icon.
This should create a shortcut on your iPad home screen to the referral form home page.

THEY SHARE, SHARE, AND SHARE SOME MORE.
Technology opens up the door to collaboration school-wide. Knowledge is power and this program helps everyone.

Spreadsheet.At the top, click “Form” and select
“Show summary of responses.”
SEARCHING STUDENTS:We can look up students by last name
