Google Cardboard Instructions for LHB Provided Virtual Reality Content

Quick Steps:

1. From your computer or smart phone, browse to www.LHBcorp.com/vr

2. Click a sample VR hyperlink 3. To view content:

a. From your phone: Rotate smartphone and place in Google Cardboard Viewer shown in the image.

b. From your computer: drag the cursor within the view to look around.

While using the Google Cardboard viewer, stand or sit in one place while looking around—in any direction. It is not possible to move within the scene.

Note: LHB VR Content works on iPhones and Android phones. Make sure that you have installed the latest OS updates. Supported browsers are Safari and Chrome. This feature does not work on Windows phones or on Android phones without Chrome.

Troubleshooting:

Please try these steps if the content is not displaying properly:

• Verify the content is opening in the correct browser on your computer or mobile device. This content only works with Chrome and Safari.

• Check for updates on your model device (requires Android 5.0 or higher). • Image does not move smoothly: on Android device, download GPS Status from the Google Play store and run

Compass Calibration and Calibrate pitch and roll. • To hide the address bar, click the full-screen icon while holding the device vertical and then rotate to the

horizontal position.

Instructions for Viewing LHB Photospheres

1. On your Android device, Install Google Cardboard from the Play Store 2. From the LHB VR web page, click a Photosphere link to initiate download 3. Save the file to your device 4. Open the Goggle Cardboard app and do the following:

a. Select Cardboard Demos b. Place your phone in the provided LHB Cardboard Viewer c. Point at Photo Sphere and press the button on top of the viewer d. The photosphere should now appear e. Each press of the Viewer button advances to the next image (if multiple have been downloaded)
