Traditional cattle breedsFor our steaks we use the traditional cattle breeds:

Red & Black Angus and Hereford.

Controlled originOur cattle come mainly from the almost endless

natural grasslands of the Argentinian and Uruguayan Pampa.

Natural nutritionThe animals graze all year round and eat what they like best

from the over 200 grass and herb species of the Pampa. There’s no such thing as artificial feed with us.

Careful processingThe steaks mature on the Atlantic crossing which lasts several weeks.

This is where they receive their typically hearty aroma. The steaks are freshly cut from the whole piece in our restaurants, and grilled according to your wishes.

The same quality requirements naturally apply to the steak specialities that we do not purchase from Argentina or Uruguay.
