It makes me full when I’m hungry

and calm when I am unhappy.

I love breastmilk! It helps keep me from

getting sick. Breastmilk is all I need for about

the first 6 months of my life.

Wow, breastfeeding helps me too!

It helps my womb go back to normal and can protect me from

getting breast cancer.

I support Mum to breastfeed Baby!It helps protect Baby

from becoming overweight and getting diabetes

later in life.
