• Uses checklists to ensure standard operatingprocedures are being met.

• Coordinates, manages, and monitors the workings ofthe production and build-team.

• Assists the Production Manager with tool acquisitionsand maintenance.

• Assists the Production Manager with machinery upkeep& tracking.

• Ensures Health & Safety measures are being followed.• Procures and keeps stock of Health & Safety

equipment.• Assists Production Manager with weekly scheduling of

Field Team.• Attends meetings associated with the Production

Department.• Assists the Build Team with ensuring completion of all

field checklists, i.e., footings, foundation, framing,electrical, insulation, drywall & substantial completion.

• Assists Build Team with creation of and accountabilityto complete punch-list.

• 10, 000 hours of construction experience.• Education or experience in residential

construction, business administration, project management.

• Advanced knowledge of building construction processes.

• Knowledge of appropriate legislation including Occupational Health & Safety Act, Construction regulations.

• Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code & appropriate standards.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.

• Excels at operating in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

• Moderate computer & technology skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel, UDA, Text, Email, tablet PCs).

• Competent Supervisor Training (MOL).
