LaShaunda Carter’s passion for veteran’s services began when she saw firsthand some of the experiences that her friends and family had as military veterans, from healthcare to housing issues.

She possesses many skills and abilities that enabled her to create and effectively lead her business Sanctuary Services for Veterans.

Her previous work experiences have also prepared her to lead and manage Sanctuary Services for Veterans. For 14 years, she worked in the radiology department at Virtua Hospital in Marlton, NJ.

This is where she honed her skills in problem solving, communicating sensitive information, and handling challenging situations requiring timely action. She also attained her Yellow Belt in Six Sigma during her tenure at Virtua Hospital.
