Monday afternoon May 4, 2015

Group will meet in TWELVE Hotel’s reception room/private dining room/hospitality lounge.

Retreat participants will discuss retreat itinerary and receive check-in and accommodation information

while enjoying a light lunch.

Each retreat participant will receive information packets regarding full-service concierge services,

evening Shows, Downtown/Mid-Town Transportation, and Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Accommodations.

Welcome to Atlanta Scavenger Hunt

Retreat participants will enjoy an activity designed to prepare group for an enjoyable week while

getting familiar with retreat destination.

The Welcome to Atlanta Scavenger Hunt will be a fun, challenging game where teams will search

for and gather items, perform tasks, take pictures and/or complete challenges from a prepared list. The

team with the most points wins.

The Scavenger Hunt will be a great way to have fun with your travel mates, suite mates, and perhaps

meet a new sister or two! :) It’s also an entertaining way to quickly learn more about our retreat

destination (Atlanta, GA) and see the city in a fun way.

Scavenger Hunt-

Participants will be challenged to find and secure “Survival Items” such as (but not limited to) Maps,

Suite Snacks, Photos of Landmarks, Public Transportation. Other scavenger hunt challenges may

include meeting a live Atlanta native and/or recording a 5-10 second video.

Teams will be formed during reception. Meet a new sister!

Team will work together to find/complete all items on scavenger hunt instruction card.

Get familiar with the hotel, Atlanta, and your retreat sisters on the first day!

Tuesday: "Exercise" Challenge

Exercise Options:

15 Minutes of activity in Hotel Gym

20 minute swim in hotel pool

Refuse a taxi ride and walk to an Atlanta attraction or venue

Squats, Leg Raises, Push-Ups, Crunches, Jumping Jacks, Crunchie frogs

Woman w/ highest # of health/exercise activities wins challenge. Winner receives fruit and snack

basket for their hotel suite kitchen. Title of Endurance Queen w/ a side of Longsuffering goes to

winner of this challenge.

Awarded Wednesday morning during Good Girls’ Breakfast.

Wednesday: "Shopping on a Budget" Challenge

Person who purchases most # of items spending the least amount of money will

win shopping gift card on Thursday morning at Good Girls’ Breakfast. Title

ofWise Woman W/ A Side Of Temperance goes to winner of this challenge.

Thursday: "Find Something Free" Challenge

Person bringing home the most free items wins challenge! Winner receives free

ride to airport for return flight. Title of Merchandise Queen w/ a side of

Meekness goes to winner of this challenge. Winner of this challenge will be

awarded Saturday morning during final Good Girls’ Breakfast.

Friday: "Compliment Everyone" Challenge Find something good to say about everyone and tell them. Remember compliments for the following

morning. Group chooses person with highest # of genuine compliments to win challenge.

Title of Queen of Kindness w/ a side of Love goes to winner of this challenge. Winner of this challenge

will be awarded Saturday morning during finalGood Girls’ Breakfast.

Dictionary- “Word of the Day”- strange, obscure word is chosen, everyone guesses what it

means. Best definition wins points by vote). Most obscure definition wins points

Who am I- everyone writes down at least 3 obscure, maybe strange things about themselves

and puts in bowl (things the group may not know)(Ideas: Favorite movie, places travelled,

middle name, ethnicities, hometown, favorite subject, favorite color, things I can do, I only do

this at home, favorite food, church history, favorite song, ). Group tries to match descriptions,

stories to the correct person. Correct matches win, most obscure personal details win points.

Pictionary- take turn picking a word/phrase from scripture and attempts to draw descriptive

photo on a napkin. Person guessing word/phrase correctly wins. Artist wins points for correctly

guessed description.

Debrief Sessions Evening debrief session will be a time for women to enjoy coffee & treats while

sharing/discussing/reflecting on excitement for the day. Each lady completes their debrief journal sheetEach
