Day 01 Arrive Kashmir – Srinagar - The beautiful Kashmir valley looks like a paradise on earth. The charm and magnificence of Kashmir are beyond the scope of mere words.The Kashmir valley region is famous for its picturesque natural beauty and among other things is known for its Dal Lake that reflects the surrounding snow-capped mountain peaks. Set like a jewelled crown on the map of India, Kashmir is a multi-faceted diamond, changing its hues with the seasons - always extravagantly beautiful.On arrival at the Srinagar Airport you will be met by our representative who will assist you with your luggage and transfer to the hotel. Day 02 Srinagar Full Day Golfing (Royal Springs Golf Course)Today, after breakfast drive through beautiful Foreshow Road by the side of Dal lake towards Royal Springs Golf Course.Royal Spring Golf Course is the most scenic Golf course in a natural environment created against the dramatic backdrop of Zabarvan Mountains at Chashma Shahi, the Royal Springs. These springs were the source of soft sweet water, prized by the Mughal emperor Jehangir, around which he built exquisite walled garden-the Chashmashahi. The legendry garden overlooks the Golf course which contains four of the Royal springs. Golf at Royal springs, Srinagar is a truly transcending experience for the golfer and nature lover alike.Royal Golf Spring, a golf club spread over 300 acres. This golf course has been designed by world-renowned American Golfer Robert Trent Jones II. All of day 2 is scheduled for playing golf up to 18 holes. This golf club is 7089 yards and PAR 72. Day 03 Sringar | Gulmarg | Srinagar (1 ½ hour drive one way)Today after breakfast hit the road to Gulmarg Golf Course, the highest golf club in the world. This golf course is a massive 18 hole, 7505 yards, and PAR 72. Originally designed by Australian Golfer Peter Thompson, it was redesigned in 2011 by the firm of Ranjit Nanda. Day 04 Srinagar | Pahalgam (3 hours drive one way)Today afternoon drive to Pahalgam - The Valley of Shepherds, situated at the confluence of the streams flowing from Sheshnag Lake and the Lidderriver, Pahalgam (2,130 m) was once a humble shepherd’s village with breathtaking views.Reach Pahalgam by approx 1400 to 1500 hours & check into the Pahalgam hotel by the Lidder River. . Overnight Stay at the Hotel in Pahalgam.

Day 05 Pahalgam Day Golfing [Pahalgam Golf Course]Leave for a round of golf at the Pahalgam golf course (10 minutes from the hotel)- tee time of 0830 hrs so that game is done by 1300 hrs max in time for lunch at the hotel – try the Trout fish restaurant if you are a non-vegetarian. Post lunch day at leisure or you can try out a Pony ride (3 hours ) up the hills, or go Trout fishing or go river rafting (to add any of those to your days routine you must have an early game of golf). Day 01 Arrive New DelhiArrive at New Delhi – the city is an amalgam of many cultures, with a foothold in the past; it is a city dotted with ancient monuments, yet building infrastructure for the future.  The city offers one a glimpse of India’s religious diversity, yet retains the essence of each culture (the ancient Indian, the Mughal, the British) in its purest form. On arrival you will be assisted and transferred to the hotel. Hotel will be conveniently located to travel to both Noida and Gurgaon. Later you have the option of doing some sightseeing visiting - Sanskriti Museum of Everyday Art, which was Established in 1984 to foster India’s unique culture and traditions, the Sanskriti Museum of Everyday Art celebrates the skillful craftsmanship of Indian artisans. Day 04 Delhi to Chandigarh (246Kms -05hrs drive)After breakfast check out from Delhi Hotel and proceed for Chandigarh. En-route visit The  Rock Garden of Chandigarh  spread over an area of 40 acres. Later, visit to The Zakhir Hussein Rose Garden a 30 acre botanical garden in the city of Chandigarh. Home to 50000 Rose bushes spread over 1600 species; it is Asia’s largest Rose Garden. Day 05 Golf at Chandigarh Golf ClubAfter breakfast, proceed for a round of golf at the Chandigarh Golf Club. The home course of Jeev Milkha Singh, some of the top golfers of the country come from this club. The course was initially a 9 hole golf course and a further 9 holes were commissioned in 1989. With immaculate fairways and greens and a large clubhouse, this is a premier golf club in and around Chandigarh.Post round of golf, evening is free for leisure. You have an option to enjoy the Chandigarh night life at the local restaurants.Overnight at the hotel in Chandigarh.

Day 06 Chandigarh to Shimla (114 Kms -04 hrs drive)Breakfast at the hotel, later depart for Shimla - Shimla abounds in natural bounty and looks picture perfect. The small hill station amidst the lofty snow-clad Himalayan ranges, surrounded by lakes and lush green pastures look as though an artist has painted them. The unique thing about Shimla is that it still retains its colonial charm and this creates an ambience that is not found

anywhere else in India. Arrive Shimla and check into the hotel. Relax or opt to visit the Mall Road for a stroll or shopping.Overnight at the hotel in Shimla.

Day 07 Golf at Shimla Golf Club, NaldehraThe Naldehra Golf Club is an unusual course, perched at an altitude of 2,200 metres, under a thick mane of Himalayan Cedar Trees. It is a par 68, 18 hole golf course with 16 greens and 18 tees. Designed over a long sloping glade, the course is regarded as one of the most challenging in the country. Being a par 68 course, it is not long by any standards but is characterized by a large amount of slopes, elevated greens and tees and surrounded by thick woods. These are not the only hurdles that golfers have to contend with while playing on this course. The out-of-bounds factor looms large on their minds while playing here as there is virtually an out-of-bounds on every hole along with the laborious walks over the hill that leaves one gasping for breath every now and then. Certainly, one has to be prepared not just for a golfing test while playing on this course but a physical test as well. Day 05 Delhi – Agra - The Splendor that is The Taj! (4 Hours Drive)After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Agra, home of one of the Seven Wonders of the World, The Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements from Persian, Indian and Islamic architectural styles. In 1983, the Taj Mahal became a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was cited as “the Jewel of Muslim Art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world’s heritage.”On reaching Agra, check into the hotel.Later head out to visit the Taj. Day 06 Agra - Jaipur. (enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri - Half Day Sightseeing of Jaipur (5 Hours Drive)After breakfast, check out and proceed to the pink city of Jaipur – enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri - one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendour at its height; the best example of the culmination of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Day 07 Golf at Rambaugh Golf Club After breakfast, proceed to an enticing game of golf at the Rambaugh Golf Club. The history of the club dates back to 1944, which was then laid out on the grounds of the Rambaugh Palace. A game of golf here will transport you to the bygone days as you catch glimpses of the Rambaugh Palace Hotel, The Moti Doongari and the Nahargarh Forts. After the round, return back to the hotel. Day 02 Golf at the Royal Calcutta Golf ClubThe Royal Calcutta Golf Club (or the Royal as it is affectionately called), is the oldest golf club in India, and the oldest golf club outside of the British Isles. Founded in 1829, the club was honoured by King George V and Queen Mary with the title of Royal in 1911 to commemorate their visit to Calcutta. The course today is a 18 hole, 6978 yards par 72, is a challenging course and rewards accuracy while punishing wayward shots! The All India Amateur Golf Championship is the 2nd oldest running golf tournament in the world after the British Open and was actually a RCGC event started in 1892. Day 03 Golf at Tollygunge Golf Club Founded in 1895, the Tollygunge Golf Club is spread over a 100 acres and has a club house that is almost 200 years old. It is a 18 hole, 6304 yard par 70 layout. It has a number of water hazards with tree lined fairways and small greens calling for accurate iron play. After Golf you could explore the rest of Kolkata visiting the Botanical Garden (Closed on mondays and National Holidays) – are situated 8 kms away from the city, on the west bank of the Ganga, covering an area of about 273 acres. Laid out in the year 1787, Calcutta botanical garden is one of the oldest and largest botanical gardens of IndiaKalighat Kali Temple –is regarded as the holiest peeth or pith of the 52 Shakti Peethams of India, where the various parts of Sati’s body are said to have fallen, in the course of Shiva’s RudraTandava. Day 01 Arrive AhmedabadArrive Ahmedabad - located on the banks of Sabarmati Lake, The structural design of Ahmedabad is a synthesis of Hindu craftsmanship with Islamic architecture. Surrounded by winding terrains of mountains, this hill station is positioned on the Western Ghats. En route to Munnar,visit Echo point to hear your voice boomerang.Arrive Munnar and check into the hotel. Afternoon, visit the Rajamalai (Eravikulam) National Park and have a rendezvous with wildlife of  Kerala or you can visit the magnificent mattupetty Dam. Day 04 Golf at munnar (High Range GC)- Proceed to KodaikanalAfter breakfast check-out and transfer to High Range Golf Course. The High Range Golf Course is a 8 “green” golf course that plays to 5300 yards and a par 67 course when played full 18. It is one of the few courses without a Par 5, but is extremely scenic and challenging with many strategically placed hazards to avoid. After round of golf, proceed to Kodaikanal (3 hours drive) - a beautiful and picturesque hill station placed in the Palani hills in the Western Ghats. Day 05 Golf At Kodaikanal Golf ClubAfter breakfast, transfer to Kodiakanal Golf Club. Settled at a height of 7000ft. above sea level in the Palani Hills, this golf course was built in 1895, after numerous changes and alterations to the course from its beginning, today the course is one of the best in the region with over 600 members from all over the world. Apart from the wonderful and scenic round of golf, you would be lucky to sight some wild board, deer or the majestic white-stockinged bison during your round. After round of Golf, You have the option of visiting Pillar Rock and pine forest.Overnight stay at the hotel in Kodiakanal.

Day 06 PRoCeeD To mADuRAi. SPECIAL ATTENTION FOR GOLFERSPlease carry your handicap certificates with you at all times.Mostgolfcoursesrequirehandicapcertificatestoallowagolferto play their course. Certain golf courses have a minimumhandicap requirement and as such, the golf course has therighttorefuseaccesstotheindividualifthisrequirementisnotmet.It ismandatory toadheretoappropriategolfclothingandfootwearasrequiredbythegolfcourse.Clubruleswillbefinalandbinding.Theclubreservestherighttolimitorrejectaccesstoanyindividualwhotheydeemtobeviolatingtheirrules.Theindividual/group issolelyresponsiblefor theirbehaviourandtoadheretotherulesoftheclub/hotel/course.Thegolfclubreserves the right toaccommodategolfers to fill inan vacantslotsinflightsofindividualswhohavealreadybookedtheirteetime(duringweekdaysorweekends)Aminimumof3golfersarerequiredperflight forWeekendsorPublicHolidays. The clients or his/herrepresentativesshallnotholdMyGolfToursresponsiblefororliableforanyaction,claims,demands, losses,damages,cost,charges and expenses which the client may suffer, sustainor incur bymeans of including but not limited to changes orcancellations of the services.MyGolf Tours shall not beheldliable in case of cancellations of any booked tour due to anyforcemajeuresuchasactsofterrorism,insurrection,militaryorusurpedpowerorcivilwar,riots,strikes,war,hostilities,invasion,rebellionornaturaldisasterssuchasearthquakes,hurricane,typhoon,tsunami,volcanicactivitiesetc.oranyotheractivitieswhichisbeyondthecontrolofMyGolfTours.HEALTH AND INSURANCE:It shall be the customer’s responsibility to have appropriate travel and health insurance before arriving in India. CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL:a) TheClientwillhavetostrictlyfollowtheTourProgrammeand

returntotheircountryofresidenceasperthevalidityoftheairticket/visa.Thereshallbenorefund,iftheClientfailstojointhegroupatthecommencementofthetour,orjoinsthegrouplaterorleavesthegroupbeforeculminationoftheTour.Itshallbenotedthatforallpurposes,itshallbetheresponsibilityoftheClienttoreachtheplaceofcommencementoftheTourandregisterwithourrepresentativeattheappointedplace,dateandtime.

b) In case a Client along with his family is compelled todiscontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever notattributabletousincludingillness,deathorlossofpassportoranyothertraveldocuments,noclaimshallbeentertainedforrefundofunutilizedservices.

c) EvenifaClientisunabletoreachaplaceofcommencementof tee time or tour due to any reason whatsoever notattributabletousincludinglossofbaggageorlossoftraveldocuments,hisbookingshallbetreatedas“NoShow”onthetourand100%cancellationchargeswillbelevied.

d) Ifaclientavailspre-tourservicesorpart thereof,or theairticketsorgolfgames(costofwhichis includedinthemaintourcost)butfailstojointhegroupforthemaintourattheappointedplace,orcancelsthetourafterusingtheairtickets,golfgameorpre-tourarrangementsorpartthereof,itshallbetreatedas“NoShow”andtherewillbenorefundwhatsoeverfortheunutilizedpre-tourormaintourservices.

e) We, reserve the right towithdraw tour facility fromanyonewhose behaviour is deemed likely to affect the smoothoperation of the tour or adversely affect the enjoyment orsafetyofotherpassengersandwe,shallbeundernoliabilitytoanysuchperson.Itisherebydeclaredthattheimmunitiesprovided under this contract shall also be available to ourManagers, including TourManagers, Employees, Servants,AgentsandIndependentContractorsselectedbyus.

f) Eachof theseconditionsshallbeseverable fromtheotherand ifanyprovisionbe invalid, illegalorunenforceable, theremainingprovisionsshallneverthelesshave full forceandeffect.No liabilityonourpartarising inanywayoutof theContract in respect of any tour, holiday, excursion facilitiesshallexceedthetotalamountpaidoragreedtobepaidforthetourholiday,andshallinnocaseincludeanyconsequentiallossoradditionalexpensewhatsoever.

g) It isaconditionof theBooking thatyou takeoutaHolidayInsurance.

h) ThepricesquotedinthisBrochurehavebeencalculatedatthe rate prevailing at the time of printing of this brochure.We reserve the right toamend thepricespublished in thisBrochure in case of currency fluctuations, changes in thevariousgrossratesofexchange,and/orfuelcosts,special/highseasonchargeleviedbythesupplier,hikeintheairline/ rail charges, changes in the green fees, caddy fees oranyotherchargesleviedbythegolfclubbeforethedateofdepartureand to surchargeaccordingly. All such increasesinpricemustbepaidforinfullbeforetheDeparturebytheClient.

i) In case of any suit / action brought against us should bewithin the stipulated time as per the Consumer ProtectionAct,1986,incaseitisnotdoneweshallbedischargedfromall liabilitiesunder /orarisingoutof this contractand theClientshallbedeemedtohaverelinquished/abandonedallhisrightsunderorarisingfromthisContract.

j) If youbookwithaTravelAgentand yourbookingwith thatagentincludes,butisnotlimitedtoourarrangements,yourContractiswithyourtravelagentandwearesimplyasuppliertoyourtravelagent.

k) In case of publication of any travel scheme offering anydiscount or benefit by us, we shall have the sole right towithdraw such a schemeor discount at any timeunless aspecificassuranceonthecontraryispublished.

l) In caseof change inflight timing/swe reserve the right tochangethetourrouting.Iftheairlinechangesthescheduleafterprintingofthebrochureanyincrease/decreaseinpriceincluding surcharges and taxes shall be applicable to theclient.

We shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the client for:a) Anyoverstayexpensesduetodelayorchangesinbus/air/

trains/shiporcancellationofspecialbogieorotherservicesduetosickness,weatherconditions,strike,war,terrorismoranyothercausewhatsoeverwhicharebeyondourcontrol.

b) Sightseeing or tee times missed and/or program beingcancelledafter the commencementof the tourandbeforethedueperiodduetoanyunavoidablesituationswhicharebeyondourcontrol.

c) In the case of one ormore but not all passengers signing‘Booking Form’ it shall be deemed that others have dulyauthorizedconcernedsigningpassenger/(s).

d) Initialdeposit justensuresseatorparticipationonthetourbutdoesnotentitleanyserviceslikeTickets,VisasandHotelAccommodationuntilfullpaymenthasbeenreceived.

e) Fullpaymentmustbe inaccordancewith theprocedure inthebrochure, in-caseofnon-paymentwe, reserve therighttocancelbookingwithsubsequent lossofdeposit&applycancellationchargesasmentionedtherein.

f) Wearerepentantthatwecannotendowwith individualaidtoanyofthetourmemberforwalking,dining,gettingon&offfromanyofthetransportvehicleorotherpersonalneeds.So it is indispensable that a qualified companion mustaccompanythetravelerwhoneedssuchassistance.

g) Validityofthepassport:Travelermusthavehisvalidpassportforatleast6monthssubsequenttosuchdeparture.

h) Wesolelyreservetherighttopublishgroupphotographsofthepassengerstakenduringthetour.

i) Photoofmeals,golfcoursesandsightseeingpublishedintheBrochureareonlyforreferenceandmaychangefromactualmealsserved/sights.Incasecompanyoffersanyadventureactivitiesthenitissignificanttonotethatallthepassengersshouldenjoysuchactivities/rideattheirownrisk,assuchkindofadventuremightberiskyattimesespeciallyforheartpatients,expectingwomen,peoplewithbloodpressure,etc.

OTHER TERMS1) There is no Contract between us and the client until we

havereceivedtheinitialdeposit.Thefullpaymentmustbereceived inaccordancewith theBookingForm. Ifnotpaidin that time, we reserve the right to cancel the bookingwithconsequentlossofdepositandapplythecancellationchargesasmentionedhere-inbefore.

2) Wehavetherightatanytimeandforanyreason • Toterminatethiscontractafteracceptanceofdepositbut

priortothecommencementofthetourwithoutassigningany reason whatsoever. In the event, we terminate thiscontractandweshallrefundtheamountpaidbytheclientwithoutpaymentofanyinterest.

• To amend, alter, vary or withdraw any tour, holiday,excursionairline,flightroutingorfacilityithasadvertisedor published or to substitute an independent contractorof similar class if it deemed advisable or necessary. Ineithercase,weshallnotbeliablefordamage,additionalexpense,orconsequentiallosssufferedbytheclientsorforanycompensationclaimsmade.

3) Nopersonotherthanus,inwriting,hastheauthoritytovary,add,amplifyorwaiveanystipulation,representation,termorconditioninthebrochure.

4) Intheeventofourexercisingourrightstoamendoralteranyoftheservicesasmentionedintheitinerary,aftersuchtourorholidayhasbeenbooked,theclientshallhavetheright:

a.TocontinuewiththetourorholidayasamendedoralteredOR

b.To accept any alternative tour or holiday which wemayoffer. Ineitherof theseabovecases, theclientshallnotbeentitledto,orweshallnotbeliabletotheclientforanydamage,additionalexpense,consequentiallosssufferedbyhimortopayanyamountasrefund.

5) We shall in no circumstanceswhatsoever be liable to theclientfor:

a.Anydeath,personalinjury,sickness,accident,loss,delay,discomfort,increasedexpenses,consequentiallossand/ordamageoranymisadventurehowsoevercaused.

6) a)IftheClienthasanycomplaintinrespectoftheservicesprovided by any of the Independent Contractors, theclientshall immediatelynotify thesame inwriting to theIndependent Contractor and a copy thereof should behandedovertotheLocalRepresentativeinordertoenableustotakeupthematterwiththeIndependentContractor.

b)Anyclaimorcomplaintbytheclientmustbenotifiedtousinwritingwithin7daysoftheendofthisholidaytour.Noclaimnotifiedtothiscompanybeyondthisperiodwillbeentertained.

7) It isherebyagreedthatalldisputesarisingconcerning thevalidity,constructionoreffectoftheagreementorrightsandobligationscreatedthereunder,shallbemutuallydiscussedandsettledamicably.

8) This agreement shall be governed by Indian Law and besubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionoftheCourtsatMumbai.
