INDEPENDENT TRAVEL CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Unless you have purchased the Travel Protection Plan, all trips are non-refundable and non-transferable. A “cancellation” defined as to terminate all travel arrangement made in relation to the purchased package. A “change” is defined as the substitution of one traveler in place of another, a reduction to the number in the party or the alteration of the travel dates. Changes after purchase, in some instances, may be up to 100% of the package price, plus any applicable

increase in the cost of the package price. Changes or cancellations must be made before the scheduled departure time. Invocation of the Travel Protection Plan, notification of cancellation must be made at least 72 hours before your scheduled departure (3 business days) to receive a refund of your total payment less the cost of the Travel Protection Plan. Refunds will be issued directly by Sceptre Tours to those who have purchased Independent Vacations and Trip Mate (insurance provider).In the event of partial cancellation, (when one or more members of a party cancels), a refund will be provided for all non-shared products or services provided cancellation follows the procedure above.REFUNDS FOR UNUSED SERVICES: No refunds will be made for unused services or vouchers once travel arrangements have commenced. This includes any service downgrades.GOLF BOOKINGS: Handicap certificates or cards may be required at most top courses. An introductory letter from a PGA professional may be used as a substitute in some cases, once handicap is noted. Standard handicap limits are 24 for men and 36 for women. All golf is arranged as stated herein. We reserve the right to substitute golf courses listed herein for golf courses in similar categories as conditions may require. Golf courses are categorized by the opinions of Sceptre Tours staff.

POST-DEPARTURE PROTECTIONTravel Delay Coverage: Receive up to $150/day when de-layed for 8+ hours on qualified Claims, up to a maximum of $750. Baggage Protection: Receive up to $500 for loss, theft or damage to baggage on qualified claims. Medical Protection: Receive up to $50,000 for covered medical expenses incurred while on our trip or a sickness that first manifests during the trip. WORLDWIDE EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE: A variety of assistance services are offered.
