Tego Care CE 40 is a mix of an emulsifier (palmitamidopropyl- trimonium chloride) and a stabilizer (cetearyl alcohol) that delivers a smooth, powdery-skin texture. The product is particularly advantageous to cosmetic producers utilizing high lipophilic content preparations to satisfy requirements for superior moisturization. Tego Care CE 40 can provide emulsifying properties while concealing the heavy or greasy texture of the high oil content. The substance is suitable for use as a main emulsifier or a co-emulsifier to modify the sensory profile of a composition.
