MEMBERSHIP RELEASE

dropped from the Golden Eagles Motorcycle Club, Inc., in the event of my death or for non-payment of dues, within

the time set by the corporation rules, or for any reason that I become a non-member of the Golden Eagles Motorcycle

Club, Inc.

MEMBERSHIP ACCEPTANCE REQUIREMENTS

To be accepted as a member of the Golden Eagles Motorcycle Club, the following require-

ments must be met:

The Secretary will offer visitors an Application for Membership at the first meeting they attend.

All applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

A non-refundable application fee of $10 must be paid at the time of Application for Membership and

applicant must sign Membership Release.

The application is good for 120 days and, within the 120 day period, the applicant must:

Attend 2 Club meetings after the application is submitted and

Ride 3 club events on a motorcycle with their sponsor or other member(s) in good standing

The applicant must be sponsored by a member in good standing who has been in the club for more

than 6 months. Every applicant will be assigned a sponsor.

Upon meeting qualifications, the general membership will vote on the applicants acceptance as a

probationary Club member at the first business meeting of the following month. Negative votes by

20% or more of the voting members in attendance will disqualify an applicant for membership.

The probationary period is for 6 months during which time he/she cannot vote on other new mem-

bers.

At the end of the 6 months, the Board of Directors will vote upon the probationary member for full

membership. A majority of the Board Members must approve the probationary member for mem-

bership.

GEMC annual dues are $30 per year. New members joining midway through the year will have dues

prorated. The new member must pay prorated club dues within 30 days.

AMA membership is not mandatory, although highly recommended.

NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES will be provided to prospective members.
