(500] Drained engine oil, removed and inspected oil filter, installed a new Champion CH48 I 08-1 oi l filter and serviced engine wi th 8 quarts SAE 20W-50 Phillips X/C Aviation Oil.

[05 1] Adjusted magneto to proper tolerance. [052] Installed 3 new spark plugs p/n U2HB32E. [053] Replaced defective heat exchanger with a new part, p/n Al4837-001 , and clamp p/n 20166-001. [454] Engine Induction Air Filter Element: Installed a new p/n BA-24. [457] Fuel Injection Nozzles: Removed, cleaned, inspected, and reinstalled. [459] AD 2016-16-12 (effective 09/15/20 16) Cylinder Assemblies: AD is NIA. Affected cylinders are not installed.

The cylinder compression was checked with the following results: #1 , 55/BO #2,70/BO #3, 56/60 #4, 64/60 #5,71/60 #6, 60/60 psi. Master orifice 36180 . .The oil and filter was changed and serviced with 6 quarts of Phillips 20W-50 X/C and a new AA4810B·2.filter. An 011 sample was collected for analysis by Blackstone Laboratories. Ref Cirrus SR22 AMM 12-1 o Sec B(2).Re-routed UH 1gn1t1on harness to adjust clearance with Cy1 #2 fuel nozzle line and crankcas.e breather hose .. Cleaned 011 residue and re-torqued case spine bolls IAW TCM M-0 Index B-1 and M18 17-2 .. Tightened loose rnter-cyhnder baffle.Replaced SB, 2B, 4B and 6B spark plugs with new RHB32E spark plugs PIN URHB32E .. Replaced ignition harness LH and RH, wrth new PIN 10-423674-25 IAW Cirrus AMM 74.20.

Researched AD's through bi-weekly issue of this data, all AO's ~re in compliance at this time. I certify that this <:ngine has been inspected in accordance with a 100HR1Annual inspection and was determined to be 1n airworthy cond1t1on. I have reviewed the file on this atrcraft and the accompanying discrepancy forms.
