Sandy Moyle, Chief Executive Officer A geologist with 30+ years of Australian, SW Pacific and SE Asian exploration experience, including 10+ years in PNG with Kennecott and Aurora Gold. Sandy was a key member of the early exploration and development teams at Lihir, Simberi and Hidden Valley.
Niall Cairns, Non Executive Chairman (FICD. ACA, B.Ec) Experienced growth company investor and developer. Extensive listed and unlisted (25+years) experience in technology, resources, niche manufacturing and services companies. Currently a director and/or chairman of Kestrel Capital, Carnethy Evergreen and Tru-Test Corporation.
David Sode, Non Executive Director David is the Chief Executive Officer of PNG Sustainable Development Ltd (a majority shareholder of the Ok Tedi Copper and Gold P/L mine in PNG). David has strong experience in customs and excise, taxation and internal revenue in PNG.
Adrian Fleming, Non Executive Director A geologist with 30 years experience in mineral exploration, mine development and mining operations (gold, base metals and diamonds) in PNG, Australia and Canada. Currently CEO of TSX listed Prosperity Goldfields and previously GM of Exploration for Placer Pacific.
Phillip Carter, Non Executive Director An engineer with extensive project management, consulting and investment advisory experience in Chemical, Materials & Energy with Alcan, ANI, Rolls-Royce Research Centre and UK listed Genetics Group in Australia, UK and USA. Now Managing Director of Kestrel Capital Pty Ltd.
Simon O’Loughlin, Non Executive Director The founding member of Adelaide based O’Loughlin Lawyers, Simon is currently chairman of Kibaran Nickel and a director of Aura Energy Ltd, Petratherm Ltd, Chesser Resources Ltd, Neurodiscovery Ltd, WCP resources Ltd and Australia Oriental Mines Ltd.
Paul Thaw, Company Secretary/Chief Financial Officer Paul has more than 20 years experience in a broad range of industries including mining and exploration both within Australia and abroad. As a senior finance executive, he has worked at major listed companies, including Golden Shamrock Mines, NEC, Village Roadshow and Adecco.
