The Garden Center is located between 26th and 28th Avenues. 2019 Auction Conduct Rules: 1) No plant will be allowed into the building the day of the auction unless it is on the auction list below or is a pre-

approved substitute for one on the list that was damaged. 2) Labels for all auction plants will be provided to the sellers/donors when the plants are checked in. 3) If a plant carrying a minimum bid does not sell at the declared minimum bid, said plant will be subject to reverse

bidding until successfully auctioned. 4) Successful bids and bidders will be tracked on a projector screen. Photos of the plants (if available) will also be

projected on a screen as they are presented for auction. 5) Bidder checkout will not begin until the last plant is auctioned. Receipt to bidders will include a printout of their

successful bids. 6) Payment to sellers and acknowledgement to donors will include a printout of each of their entries with the sales
