INTRODUCTIONGoDesign Inc. is seeking to partner with churches to help further our mis-sion. We see the church as the primary means of spreading the good news.

GoDesign Inc. is a nonprofit organization that designs and builds for the poor and impoverished around the world. The biblical mandates of caring for the orphans and widows and proclaiming Christ is at the heart of our mission.

Our mission is to research architectural needs for developing national and international communities and research methods to fund these projects. We seek to develop design solutions and provide design services for develop-ing national and international communities as well as equipping, training, and leading teams and/or individuals to go and serve in various capacities to fulfill Acts 1:8 and the Great Commission.

THE CHALLENGEThe cost for us to travel to Ethiopia is very expensive. But the cost of not going is even greater.

In 2012 GoDesign began partnerships in two unreached people groups in Ethiopia. Combined these two regions have approximately 7 million people and less than two percent of these people are evangelical christians. Less than 10% of the children in these areas have an opportunity to attend school. These are some of the poorest people in the world and the majority have never heard(or been told) about Jesus Christ.

The challenge for GoDesign is how do we reach these people? In the Bible we see that God’s plan to reach the lost around the world is the CHURCH. The most effective and Biblical way to reach these people is to use the church.

OUR CHURCH PARTNERSHIP STRATEGYOur church partnership strategy is to mobilize the church to reach people around the world. Our primary method of doing this is by using design {architecture} to build relationships that will open the doors for the church to be established and for the good news to be proclaimed.

Our aim is to identify areas of physical needs. For example does a commu-nity have clean water, access to schools, clinics, and other basic structures needed to sustain a safe and healthy environment? We then partner with stateside churches to meet the physical needs that will open the doors to address the spiritual needs.

For the 2013 budget year GoDesign is seeking the following partnerships:

5 churches to commit $5000 to support GoDesign on the mission field.

5 churches to commit $1000 to support GoDesign on the mission field.

2 churches to adopt a GoDesign project in an unreached region and raise the funds for the construction of that project.

Repentance and forgiveness of sins should be PROCLAIMED in his

name to ALL nations, beginning from Jerusalem.

Could an organization be created that used a passion for design as a way to advance the

Gospel?

What if that organization was focused on the tangible needs of a community and strived to meet those needs by providing designs for shel-

ter and other basic necessities?

Then could those designs become a reality through various partnerships state side and

within the communities of need to fund and build these projects?

But what if the design was only the beginning? What if the design opened avenues for the

Gospel to go forth?
