2013 Bucket List Recipient:

Fishing Tournament Details • Dates: Thursday- Sunday, Sept 26-29, 2013. (Wed Sept 25 arrival available) • Build your own Team: 3 man/women teams or 2 man teams.

- Choosing to participate means building or joining a Team. - 2 man teams will be flats fishing - 3 man teams will be near shore, and pass fishing. - Optional time will provide off shore fishing or blue water fishing.

• Inexperienced fishermen are celebrated. Boat captains will help out. • Fly fishing will be included in the tournament. Flats fishing. • There will be 3 – ½ day fishing events. 1 – ½ day “do your own thing”. • Each Fisherman will have their own room charge account to separate their

expenses. • Individual Reservations (held with credit card) will turn into guarantee including

Room and Charter Fee in March 2013. Travel Insurance is suggested. • TIMETABLE:

- Team Registrations and Donations: by Feb 28, 2013. - Team Guarantee Deadline: March 30, 2013 - Tournament: Sept 26-29, 2013

• CVII donations of $500 per person (Entry Fee) will be paid by Feb 28, 2013 registration deadline.

Fishing Tournament Rules (cont)

• Goal: Provide flats and backwater (everglades)near shore fishing experiences for experienced and novice anglers.

• Competition: Team with most points wins the Prize Money.

– Point system will be assigned to each of the following fish: Tarpon, Bonefish, Permit, Redfish, Cobia, Pompano, Mackrel, Barracuda, Shark, and Snook.

– A multiplier of 2 will be given to any species caught with a fly rod.

• Prize Money Pot - will be determined by total participants, $300/Team BRING CASH.

• First Place Team: 40% • Second Place Team: 25% • Last Place Team: 25%

– You have to try/participate in all sessions

• Biggest Fish – Individual – 10%

• Awards will be made at Saturday night gathering. • Next Year’s Location will be announced.

Institute will charge $500 per person to your credit card on agreement.

• Make plane reservations – Ft. Lauderdale – Miami

• Plan transportation to and from the airport. • Get your fishing poles and sunscreen ready.
