Anti-Slavery Week Fundraiser
12-18th October 2020
Go the Distance is a virtual fundraising challenge from Monday 12th October - Sunday 18th October that will test your endurance and see how far you can go over 7 days.
You can enter as an individual or join the team challenge where you can have up to 8 participants to reach your chosen goal.
We know that going the distance will mean something different to everyone so we want you to feel challenged and motivated to set and smash a distance to fund freedom.
To help you along the way we have set out three levels of challenge. It’s up to you to pick the one which you feel challenges you!

Tailor your challenge to suit you and/or your team mates. Pick a challenge level that you can work together individually or as a group.
If you choose to do it as a group, you don’t all have to choose to run outdoors. Just work towards the total distance together and choose a method that suits you personally.
Remember that the distances can be completed over the course of the 7 days in Anti-Slavery Week from 7am Monday 12th October til 7pm Sunday 18th October.

FAQs
What is the best way for my friends and family to send sponsorship money in?
The easiest way to fundraise is by setting up a JustGiving Page. Once you register for the challenge you will be sent a guide on how to do this.
I already use a running app that isn’t Strava, can I use that to log my runs?
Of course! As long as it shows your distance then screenshot and send in as normal.
*JustGiving now let you sync your Strava with your fundraising page. Supporters sharing their fitness activities on JustGiving raise 40%more on average.
