As promised last month, this month features all new bene-fits of staffing. #2. Reduce risk Most staffing companies, like ours, offer a temp-to-hire option so that employers may try out candidates before the commitment is made to add them to the team. Before making the final decision, candidates can work in the office or out in the field for an extended period of time without you having to make a commitment to hire until you are absolutely certain that you have found the right fit. Using temporary help during

busy times also relieves stress and prevents burnout among regular staff, which can reduce absenteeism and worker's compensation claims in the long run. During the crunch times, adding staff for just those select times keeps the core staff fresh. #3. Increased flexibility Adding extra staff as needed to smooth fluctuations in work-load helps avoid being over-staffed during slow times or understaffed during key busy times. Staff levels can be man-aged to be at productive levels all year. Letting temporary employees handle routine

business functions allows regu-lar staff to concentrate on more critical issues.

#4. Save time When working with a staffing company, they perform all the advertising, screening, inter-viewing and reference checking

Better Serving YOU! of our Go-Staff Team to better serve you! As our new Customer Support Specialist, Sisi Yu is the newest edition to our Account Manage-ment team. What this means for YOU is that she makes it possible for around the clock phone support while I am at meetings to ensure your needs are met. Not only is she highly skilled at organizing correspon-dence but she also spear heads many other projects in our of-fice that keeps things running smoothly. And to top it all off, it's just awesome being able to depend on her for all of those little things, that make the big things possible.

The main reason that I have been with Go-Staff for 7 years now is that the HIGHEST level of customer service al-ways our priority. We under-stand that getting you the right staff in a timely manner is what you depend on! In to-day's economy, many staffing companies are being forced to cut internal staff to accommo-date the decrease in external business, however at Go-Staff, we understand that our cus-tomers come first! As compa-nies begin to dip their toe into the hiring pool again, they are depending on staffing compa-nies to supplement their hiring process. Due to this slowly increasing demand we have brought on the newest member

needed to attract and qualify potential employees. At Go-Staff, we even customize screening options and testing procedures for each company that we work with. Because the employees are pre-screened for the necessary skills, limited training is usually needed before the new em-ployee becomes productive. The staffing company also takes care of the temporary staff's payroll processing and benefits administration, which saves time and money. Final edition coming in the December issue!
