Richland Two will require students and staff to follow S.C. DHEC and Richland County regulations concerning personal protective equipment. Students and staff may be required to wear masks. With this in mind, and considering the recent level of positive tests for COVID-19 in northeast Richland County, how comfortable are you with returning to school?

R2eSchool (virtual school program)
How is the R2eSchool Program different from eLearning at my current school? Students enrolled in school based eLearning will have instructors from their zoned or assigned school. Your current school may reopen at some point in the 2020-21 school year and/or may re-open in a hybrid model, asking that you split your time between eLearning and face-to-face learning. Students enrolled in Richland Two’s eSchool Program will have highly qualified instructors assigned to the eSchool program who will instruct students during the 2020-21 school year. When schools reopen, students will continue to be served virtually through Richland Two’s eSchool program. This program may be most appealing to families who have significant medical concerns or who have been considering full time virtual charter schools or homeschooling options. The R2eSchool Program will not offer options like magnet programs (see additional information regarding magnet programs below). Another key difference is that the R2eSchool Program will be transitioning to a Competency Based Learning System based system beyond Richland Two’s current COVID-19 response.
