A great place to start for setting up your macros, based on your daily caloric intake, is to consume 65% fat, 15% protein and 20% carbohydrates. Each of these three macros has calories per gram as follows: Fat provides 9 calories per gram Protein provides 4 calories per gram Carbohydrates provide 4 calories per gram
