GMCPTechnical Overview – Maintenance Strategy

Site Presentation 16

• Adhere to the Planned Maintenance Optimization methodology (PMO).

- A process of deciding what the optimum PM activities will be, at the optimum COST AND FREQUENCY, to ensure the required INTEGRITY and expected RELIABLITY is achieved

- Elimination of non-value adding activities, while ensuring that the activities, which remain, are justified against credible failure modes and safeguard the TECHNICAL INTEGRITY.
