This Isn’t News To Me What Difference Will It Really Make?

• This increased response rate last year means the results are more representative of the majority and we can start to use the feedback you provide to raise the profile of the training role and enhance the level of support available to you.

Since Last Year:-

• We have started piloting the ‘Educational Supervision Tripartite Agreement’ which amongst other things makes a recommendation of the amount of SPA time that should be provided for Educational Supervision and we would like to use the survey as one source of evidence to monitor its implementation.

• We have also developed a suite of online training materials specifically for trainers which you can find out more about on our website at http://www.cardiff.ac.uk/pgmde/sections/hospital/elu/ProfessionalDevelopmentinEducation/professional-development-in-education.html

• All your responses will be treated in confidence and reported anonymously.

• Should you have any queries about the survey please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
