In This lesson you will you learn how to login to your email, using google apps for you business email.

Login To Your Email System

To login go to: mail.mckinnoneyeclinic.com enter your email username and password. Note: yourusername is the first part of your email address before the (@) sign.

The first time you login as an admininstror you will see screen above that all allows you to manage thesettetings for this account.

Viewing Existing Users

Click on the users to view.

User Details

1) Shows the user's complete email address.2) Shows you the last time a user logged in.3) Click a user to edid the user account.

Edit the User Account

1) Click to change a password2) Check this box to require a password change when user logs in.3) To make the user and administrator.

Checking email

Click the inbox link to check your email.

You can read and respond to emails from your inbox.

Control Panel

The control panel is located on the left of the inbox. You can use it to enter the compose email section,start emails, check sent emails and also login and out of google chat. Any other users who are logginyou will be able to see and chat with them via google chat.

When you first login you will be taking to the inbox. You can read your messages by clicking on theemial.

Email Message

The email will open and you can control what you want to to do witth the email.1) You can archive the message. This will save the message but remove it from your inbox.2) Report as spam. Google has a very good spam filter however if somethign should slip through youcan use this to remove it.3) Delete the message4) Reply to this message5) This pull-down will give you more options like: Reply To All, Forward, Print etc.6) These options allow you to move the email or create a label and others actions. Labels can be usedsimilar to "Folders" in other email programs. Messages however can have more than 1 label.

Writing An Email

Click the Compose Mail button to wrint ane email.When you are ready to send your message click send.

Setting Control Panel

Here you can edit your settings. You can setup filters and up to 5 POP accounts and email forwarding.You can also setup your signature. Make sure you to check out all the settings Tabs.

Getting Out of the Settings Tab

To leave the settings and click the Inbox link.
