    Gluten Free Pizza Scones 2 cups GF flour (I used Bette Hagmans four flour blend) cup fine cornmeal 1 Tbsp. baking powder 1 tsp basil tsp oregano tsp salt cup (1 stick) of butter cup diced sun-dried tomatoes 1 cup shredded cheese 1/3 cup chopped pepperoni 2 large eggs cup buttermilk

    DirectionsHeat oven to 375. Put a sheet of parchment on a cookie sheet. In a largebowl, mix the flour, cornmeal, baking powder, basil, oregano and salt. Cut inthe butter. Place the tomatoes in a small bowl and cover with water for 30

    sec. then drain and put in the mixture with the cheese and pepperoni.In a small bowl whisk the eggs and buttermilk, then add to the dryingredients. Stir until it forms a sticky dough. Knead dough on a flouredsurface and divide in half. Cut into 4 pieces and shape into a mound or slice.Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
