We respect general rules for restaurants recommended from AIC regarding preparation and cooking of gluten free pizzas. We would like to inform our customers that our dishes may contain some ingredients which could cause food allergy or intolerance. This list includes allergen information, as per the EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation, which can also be part of our food preparation process.
