For Employers:
Access to an Employee Counselling Service means your organisation has the potential to have a strong, resilient workforce who are less likely to be absent through mental health issues such as anxiety and stress The Grounded Learning Partnership can offer your employers a Locally Based, Professional, Confidential Employee Counselling Service. Our Counsellors all hold Accreditation with COSCA and/or BACP and have considerable experience and reputation working within a time limited model
For Employees:
Our staff counselling service offers employees the opportunity to talk about the difficulties they are facing in their personal or professional lives with someone who is trained to help them explore their concerns and options.
People come to staff counselling for many different reasons. They don’t need to be in crisis to benefit, nor do their concerns need to be purely work related; personal difficulties often lead to stress that may be adversely affecting them both at home and work.
The Grounded Learning Partnership Staff Counselling Service offers:
+ The opportunity for both managers or staff to refer to the service
+ An initial introductory session to ensure the counselling service meets the present needs of the employee
+ An agreed number of counselling sessions lasting approximately 1 hour
+ Flexible times and local venues
Did you know that:
In 2014/15 stress accounted for 35% of all work related ill health cases and 43% of all working days lost due to ill health. Stress is more prevalent in public service industries, such as education, health and social care and public administration
