Summary of the Global warming

In the last century the earth's temperature has risen unusually, all due to global warming

caused by human activities.

Global warming from the industrial revolution began, plants, factories and vehicles

eventually burn fossil fuels such as oil and pour huge amounts of carbon dioxide and

other gases into the atmosphere.

These greenhouse gases trap heat and cause a natural phenomenon called greenhouse

effect.

Reported the hottest year on record was 1998 and 2005 was the second.

Arctic ice is shrinking also, according to NASA Arctic ice extent has decreased near the

1st thirty percent in recent years. Developed countries continue to consume fossil fuels

and therefore the temperature will continue to rise, the researchers predict that

temperatures will rise about 10 degrees at the end of the century. Temperature changes

are affecting the Earth's climate and could change the frequency of hurricanes, cause

severe droughts in warm areas.

Consumers can help save energy at home, use bulbs and use less the vehicle.

My opinion

Fossil fuels are causing much damage to the planet. Global warming is a serious

problem that is affecting the climate of the entire planet. At present temperatures have

increased considerably in all countries and is clearly seen the effects on the climate, the

weather is very changed and droughts are longer than in years past. We must all

contribute to reducing the greenhouse effect, using the bike more and less vehicle,

among other things.
