WebSMS+: WebSMS provides essential outbound messaging capabilities.

(Note: WebSMS is included as a standard application in all AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite plans.)

WebSMS+ extends the included outbound WebSMS capability by enabling advanced features such as

permission management, reply management, scheduling and prioritization.*

Inbound and Inbound+: The Inbound application receives SMS messages generated in the field from

a mobile device and is able to automatically sort and parse incoming SMS messages and respond.

Inbound+ extends the Inbound capability by enabling multi-question campaigns, voting, polls, surveys

and competition drawings.

eMailer and eMailer+: The eMailer application enables e-mail as a multi-modal communication tool

that can be used to complement the SMS capability. The eMailer+ application extends the included

eMailer application by enabling advanced e-mail features such as adding attachments, unsubscribe

controls, an open counter, templates, destination filtering and delivery rate control.*

Campaign Manager: Campaign Manager combines WebSMS+, eMailer+ and Inbound+ into a bundled

solution for managing opt-in and opt-out permissions for SMS and e-mail marketing. With permission

from the recipients, you can deliver bulk SMS and e-mail messages to your customers, prospects or

staff. You can also effectively manage responses for SMS voting, polls, surveys and competitions.

Outlook 2007 Plug In: Outlook 2007 Plug extends Outlook to be able to send cross-carrier SMS

(domestic and international) via the AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite without leaving the Outlook

user interface. (Note: Outlook 2007 Plug In is included as a standard application in all AT&T Global

Smart Messaging Suite plans.)

Lotus Domino Plug In*: Lotus Domino® enables Domino users to be able to send cross-carrier SMS

(domestic and international) via the AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite without leaving the Domino

user interface. (NOTE: Domino Admin Center server software must be installed behind Customer’s

company firewall.)

SalesForce.com Plug In: SalesForce.com plug in extends SalesForce.com to be able to send cross-

carrier SMS (domestic and international) via the AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite without leaving

the SF user interface. (NOTE: SalesForce.com software plug-in must be downloaded from the

SalesForce.com application store.)

Cipher: Cipher is a highly secure messaging feature that allows for encrypted communications between GSMS and the end user via an application downloaded to the handset.

Supported OS: iPhone iOS4, Android 2.2, Blackberry OS6, Windows Phone 7, J2ME.

StaffMatch: Staff Match automates the time-consuming process of contacting staff to fill shifts. With Staff

Match you simply define your shift (date, time, location), the role you need to fill, and any specific

qualifications and press send. Staff Match will send an SMS message to all staff in your employee pool that

meet the criteria you have selected. Staff simply respond with a ‘y’ or a ‘n’ and the shift is allocated to the

first ‘y’ responses received and sends an acknowledgement to the successful bidders. Staff Match also

advises unsuccessful bidders accordingly.

Reminder: Reminder is an automated SMS appointment confirmation solution that enables appointment

reminders to confirm appointments via SMS, which can help ensure that customers are contacted to reduce

failure to attend rates.

StaffSafe: StaffSafe enables enterprise organizations to keep in touch with their field force working in the

field. StaffSafe enables the ability to create and scheduling staff checks via SMS; confirming status from the

field via SMS; escalating when messages are unanswered; providing real-time reporting of employee status;

and the solution can be integrated into existing workforce management systems for job dispatch and

tracking to help ensure a smooth end to end process flow in a large organization.

Mobile Authenticator: Mobile Authenticator is the solution you want when you need to provide your

employees or customers with a 2-factor mobile authentication system to provide access to your online

services. Mobile Authenticator takes advantage of the ubiquity of the mobile phone to deliver a one-time

password via SMS, delivering the same benefits as a hardware or software token without all the

administrative overhead.

Setup Charges

$2,700 one-time setup fee

Includes:

• Setup of the AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite online accounts

• Setup and up to 15 weeks usage for one AT&T-provided short code (for SMS to AT&T subscribers only, $200/mo leasing charge after first 15 weeks)*

• Setup and of one AT&T-provided long code, no leasing fee (used for SMS to international subs, excluding Canada)**

• Approval request and setup per U.S. cross-carrier short code acquired by Customer separately or via Soprano Design in addition to the short code leasing fee

IMPORTANT: For SMS to non-AT&T subscribers in the U.S., customers can either directly lease their own cross-carrier short code from www.usshortcodes.com (U.S.) and or lease the U.S cross-carrier short code through Soprano Design, which allows AT&T billing on behalf of Soprano Design for the CSC lease fees. For SMS to Canadian subscribers Customers need to lease the short code directly from www.txt.ca (Canada). Costs typically range from $350/mo to $1,000/mo per each short code leased.

Alternative Billing Option: Customer does have the option to pay the set up fee and then pay no Monthly Reoccurring Charge (MRC) until the cross-carrier short code is provisioned with the Tier 1** carriers. The customer will not be granted access to the AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite software or APIs for testing during this time and would not be given a AT&T only short code to use. If customer does request access to the AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite software or APIs for testing, the MRC will begin from the date the request is made. Upon provisioning notification of the Tier 1*** carriers the customer will be granted access to the AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite software and APIs and cross-carrier short code.

Additional charges, fees restrictions may apply. Subject to number availability. Account activation is required to gain access to the AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite software, user guides and to use the APIs. Account activation and associated monthly recurring charges will occur automatically and immediately when AT&T receives final carrier approval of the customer’s cross-carrier short code, or after 15 weeks from the time the initial cross-carrier short code request is submitted to AT&T, or upon customer’s request to gain access to the AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite software or APIs, whichever occurs first. An AT&T-only short will be provided upon activation for interim use, pending approval of customer’s short code by other carriers (up to 12 weeks or longer); provided, however, customer may continue to use the AT&T-only short code subject to the monthly recurring charges set forth in the previous slides and also in the product brochure at www.att.com/smartmessagingsuite. Per message charges and message deductions incur when the text message (SMS) is sent from or received by the AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite platform; sent messages incur charges regardless of whether they have been delivered to the recipients. When a group message is sent, AT&T will charge or deduct a message for each individual message sent to each recipient within that group. Any unused portion of included messages in any given month will not carry over to the next month. Customer can change between AT&T Global Smart Messaging Suite Introductory, Standard, Multi-Workgroup and Corporate features at any time, but the change will not take effect until the beginning of the next billing cycle. Not all international SMS destinations are supported; a full and current list can be supplied upon request, contact your AT&T sales representative.

Short Codes: Approval of a Customer’s cross-carrier short code from the relevant carriers is required for both U.S. and Canada cross-carrier SMS messaging from GSMS. Submitting a request for carrier approval of a CSC does not guarantee that a participating carrier will accept or implement the CSC or that Customer will be able to use the CSC at all. Carrier CSC approvals can take 12 weeks or longer, and will vary according to the time required to secure Customer’s CSC approval from each desired carrier. AT&T makes no guarantees as to the timing of receipt of any carrier’s CSC approval.

3 options exist for acquiring U.S. short codes:

1. AT&T only short codes for messaging the AT&T network only may be leased directly from AT&T pursuant to the terms

2. Cross-carrier short codes may be leased directly from the Common Short Code Administration (CSCA) (www.usshortcodes.com)

3. Cross-carrier short codes may be leased from the CSCA through AT&T partner Soprano Designs*

Canada short codes may be leased from the Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA) (www.txt.ca)
