How to use Install Earthroam Global SIM Card. Please make sure that your phone is ‘unlocked’ to use on our
International network. After a short time (3-4mins) your device should register
automatically onto a network in your current location. Your SIM will automatically steer itself both to the most appropriate IMSI or Identity for your current location and also to the best network operator depending on the services profile you are set to use.
Note:
Using Earthroam in Japan or Korea. These countries operate on 3G technology so make sure you are
carrying 3G handset.
Using Earthroam in USA/Canada. Make sure you are carrying quad band (850 MHZ and 1900MHZ
frequencies) handset prior using Earthroam SIM in these countries.

BALANCE: Go to SIM MENU(Roaming) or Dial 123, select “My services”
“Check balance”.
MAKING CALL: Please Dial 00+country code+number(e.g 00911234567890).
After dialing the call will disconnect with a pop up “Not Allowed”, within few seconds you will receive a call back on your mobile phone just answer the call and you will be connected to the desired number.
USING INTERNET: You should simply see the Access Point Name(APN) to
openroamer.com
(All on words, lower case, and any other fields remain blank) You may have to refer to your handset user guide to locate this setting. When accessing the internet please make sure you have credit balance of at least 5 US dollars.

characters max.) and send to the desired mobile number
(00+country code+mobile number).

“RECHARGE” and enter voucher number, press send.
VOICE MAIL: Voicemail is automatically enabled in your account. An
inbound caller will be directed to voicemail if you don’t answer within 30 seconds or if your phone is switched off. You will be sent a text message indicating the presence of each voicemail.
Note: Voicemail will be stored on our system for 90 days, before it is automatically deleted. If you choose to save a message, it will be saved for 90 days and then deleted.
CALL FORWARDING: Go to SIM MENU (Roaming) or Dial 123, select “My services” -
> “Call Forwarding ” and feed in the Desired number with country code.
