ULTRA WEAR-RESISTANT LINERS AND IMPELLERSChoice of either white iron alloy wear parts for extreme wear resistance or Unique Elastomeric Compound (UEC) rubber-like liner and impellers for improved life when compared to standard rubber components.

CASING AND SUPPORT STRUCTUREAll models incorporate thicker front and rear volute casings in high quality cast ductile iron with reinforcing ribs and lifting points.

SEALING SYSTEMThe modular sealing chamber design of the Slurrypro Diamond series pumps allows for flexibility when specifying new pumps or upgrading existing pumps.

GLAND PACKING

Cartridge-mounted mechanical seal with conical stuffing box

Mechanical seals are a more efficient, cost-effective and environmentally friendly sealing solution than braided packings, and offer substantial savings in terms of downtime and man-hours consumed to continuously check and reduced leakage.

While braided packings have a rate of leakage of several hundred litres per month in the best case scenario, mechanical seals have a very near zero leakage rate.

Mechanical seals use far less of the total pump power, compared to braided packings, with the added benefit that they do not score the shaft or shaft sleeve.

The Slurrypro Elite mechanical seal features additional advantages over other types of mechanical seals, greatly increasing the misalignment accommodating capability and vibration tolerance of the seal and enhancing the fluid circulation in the stuffing box, for reduced build-up of solid particles. Slurrypro Elite can be easily and quickly refurbished by replacing the worn parts only, thus greatly reducing the operating cost after the initial installation.

Wear resistant gland packing

Tough gland packing on a hardened replaceable shaft sleeve provides a rugged, cost-effective sealing solution. A variety of packing materials including chemically and wear resistant braided packing rings and injectable “on-the-run” sealing products are available.

HORIZONTALA complete range of sizes are available across the full selection of pump types and materials. Components come in a range of elastomer and hard metal types and materials to suit any application for maximum abrasion and corrosion resistance.

The removable cartridge-type bearing assembly facilitates easy on-site maintenance procedures.

A range of seal types are available to suit every requirement, including mechanical shaft seals to eliminate gland sealing water.

VERTICALThis heavy duty range features a cantilever shaft design that eliminates any bearings or seals in the fluid end. An ideal pump for heavy slurry wash down and spill duties.

A full range of material options including complete elastomer lined pumps and hard metal options for corrosive and abrasive media duties. Pumps in all sizes can be configured with a range of column lengths and impeller designs.

Ideal for corrosive coarse particles and high concentrations of slurry and are widely used in the metallurgical, mining and coal industries.

The Slurrypro Standard Series is a heavy duty, proven range of horizontal and vertical slurry pumps in a wide range of sizes. Wearing parts are available in high chrome or a range of elastomer compounds. The Slurrypro Standard Series pump and spares range allows you to continue using your current pump and pipework configuration.
