Taking Australian companies global
The Global Pathways Program is a tailored business support program for Australian entrepreneurs and businesses looking to make connections in overseas markets. To enable long term growth, sustainability and success, many homegrown innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises look to access international markets. Without strategic support and guidance this can be a challenging and complex task.
Through accessing and leveraging the global networks of Deloitte, AmCham and the AICCWA, participants can gain access to targeted and relevant in-market contacts, know-how and understanding of current international trading opportunities.
The Global Pathways Program is designed to help entrepreneurs, intrepreneurs and business owners to:• Understand their strategic target markets

• Identify potential opportunities to work with in-country trading entities
• Craft and finesse their unique value proposition
• Prepare and leverage powerful capability statements
• Be pitch-ready and prepared for commercial negotiations
• Visit target markets as part of a supportive network

The Global Pathways Program is designed to help open doors and make introductions, providing Australian entrepreneurs and innovative companies with the opportunity to identify, access and accelerate international growth opportunities.
A customised workshop and bespoke mentoring program will enable you to identify in-market opportunities, scope relevant commercial and financial strategies and equip you with the skills, language and tools required to translate these into tangible commercial outcomes.
2017/2018 Global Pathways Program
The Global Pathways Program is industry agnostic and designed for Australian businesses with a global outlook looking to leverage technology.
On each of the delegations participants will travel as a group and will be accompanied by Deloitte, AmCham and AICCWA representatives and advisors.
The program includes:• Intensive coaching sessions and workshop program
• Customised support and advice to identify potential opportunities to work with in-market entities
• Individual, private meetings with in-market stakeholders
• Group functions and site visits
• Pre-departure networking functions and briefings
• Debrief and alumni functions on return
• All accommodation and travel arrangements
Singapore & Shanghai | Los Angeles, San Francisco & Sacramento | Tel Aviv & Jerusalem
The program fee is priced separately for Singapore/Shanghai, USA and Israel.
