New eLearning on Global Product Classification (GPC)

COURSE CONTENTThis 15 minutes eLearning module intends to provide a basic introduction on classification and in particular GS1’s Global Product Classification (GPC) - a rules-based, four-tier classification system for grouping products.

At the end of this course, participants are expected to:- understand the difference between identification and classification- explain GPC benefits- describe GPC classification- explain how GPC works in practice

TARGET AUDIENCEGS1 Member Organisations; User companies with very limited or no prior knowledge of the subject.

HOW CAN GS1 MOs USE IT?- share the link with your member community- add the course to your training programme- translate into your local language
