How we identified the municipalities
― Request for suggestions from
• networks of Nordregio and the Nordic Council of Ministers• organisations working with municipalities, cities, sustainability questions• municipalities that we interviewed
― Criteria for selection:
• Municipalities work explicitly with the SDGs• Municpialities are beyond the planning stage• Municipalities agreed to be interviewed and part of the project
