• Online user manuals/help files provide step-by-step instructions with pictures, one tutorial for each GFM application. Most comprehensive and up-to-date information on GFM systems! • New users should review GFM Getting Started Tutorial first
• GFM Simulator (register for access via ETA)

• Five icons appear on the dashboards :1. Export to Excel (page with and X) - allows the user to export all dashboard information from the
selected tab to Excel.2. Refresh (circle arrows) – refreshes the dashboard with any updated information that may become
available while the user is viewing the dashboard.3. Filter (funnel) - opens search criteria that will filter the dashboard’s data. For more information on
using this feature.4. Copy (two pages) - allows users to copy an entire tender or sections of a tender5. Delete (trash can) - completely removes an incomplete tender from the Incomplete List.

• ATR will include International Spot Bids for all Modes• Shipment Offers are exportable in ATR• Contact Information can be entered and passed to shippers if the requesting system is able to view the
information• Carriers can notify shippers of the mode they are providing in ATR this is limited by the Carrier’s DOT Authority• TEOW is being completely revamped• Tenders creation will be limited to Carrier approved Modes in FCRP• New query options such as SPLC, Mileage Look up and Commodity Codes will become available within the
