This 6 week AIESEC program provides undergraduate students an opportunity to develop entrepreneurial and
leadership skills through international internships centered around social issues. The objective is to target our
country’s youth and help them enrich their education by offering them a holistic international experience.
As a YGEP exchange participant, you will work on a developmental project along with other participants from across
the globe, take complete ownership in an unfamiliar environment, manage your own projects and track your results
– exactly as an entrepreneur would. AIESEC will support you through this experience and ensure that it challenges
your world view and helps you gain a unique combination of multi-cultural, social and entrepreneurial exposure.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AIESEC provides students with the opportunity to practice professional skills
in a multi cultural environment. Our volunteers gain hands on experience
working with NGOs and small businesses in local communities to develop rele-
vant and culturally suitable solutions. Projects in this category may deal in
finance , marketing, tourism, etc.
ENVIRONMENT Protecting the environment is a major part of the global development agenda
and volunteers can directly impact communities struggling with moving
towards becoming a little bit greener . Promote and participate in sustainable
development projects regarding energy conversation, pollution, climate
change, flora and fauna conservation, recycling, etc.
CULTURAL UNDERSTANDING AIESEC partners with NGOs and start-ups across the globe to create social
welfare project. Exchange participants have a tremendous impact to these
local communities: from designing and running events to promote cultural
understanding to working directly with youth in schools to teach them about
the world around them.
EDUCATION Education interns can provide a major impact to local communities by
fostering cultural understanding, improving basic work skills, or creating
passion for a second language. These opportunities are the most abundant
and available in the AIESEC network and are necessary for developing
countries as a necessary investment in humanity .
"Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use
to change the world."
With this phrase, Mandela sums up pretty much, the main objective of our focus pro-
gram, Young Power. An educational project which has renewed for a second wave, in the middle
of February, so more people from other countries, participate and form Greek students'
percpective towards the better.
