Hire the Glenunga Hub
A state-of-the-art community hub complete with outdoor plaza, located within the beautiful surroundings of Glenunga Reserve, 70 Conyngham Street Glenunga.
The Hub offers a large open plan community space that can be
partitioned into three separate areas to accommodate large and small
groups. This venue is perfect for a community program or meeting,
wedding, corporate party or other large functions.
The open air plaza and playground area also offer the services of a café to users of and visitors to this venue.

Down Syndrome SA—Dance Down
Dance Down provides weekly dance classes for children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The classes are inclusive of all genders, cultures and ability levels and promote individual expression and creativity. Students will learn dance styles such as Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary and Ballet.

Mint Movement Sculpt Pilates
Sculpt Pilates is a dynamic beginner/intermediate mat based Pilates class using your own body weight as well as small hand weights, balls and discs to build strength, stability and endurance throughout the entire body. Clas-ses are based around a traditional Pilates mat class with a ittle twist to keep things interesting!

From Commando to Yoga Teacher, Michael brings to Adelaide a unique, one of a kind Boot Camp for working professionals who want to shred unwanted body fat, get fit, flexible and feel great.

Gentle Yoga promotes flexibility and core strength, improves posture and helps to de-stress, sleep better, breathe better and act mindfully in daily life.

Tonic Fitness
Group fitness for over 50s with a focus on strength, stamina and stability.
Tuesday: Floor/chair exercises with optional light weights.
Friday: Standing/chair exercises with a small weighted or non-weighted ball (supplied).
Beginners under 50 very welcome.

Future Youth Initiative (FYI) Café
Would you like to enjoy a freshly-cooked meal, meet new people and support work experience for youth? A team of students, supervised by a qualified chef, prepare a nutritious, delicious and affordable meal, while learning valuable skills and working towards a Certificate II in Community Services. This program is an initiative of Relationships Australia SA.
