Gladiator House I St. Andrew’s Park1 & 2 bedroom apartments with private terraces
Gladiator HouseGladiator House is a striking, contemporary, four storey building located adjacent to St. Andrews Park. There are a total offifteen one and two bedroom apartments available.
Entry to Gladiator House is via a private lobby, with an intercom controlling access to the front door which is covered byCCTV. There is both a lift and staircase to the upper floors. Two bedroom apartments
The two bedroom apartments have an open plan main living and dining space, which opens onto a private terrace orbalcony through sliding doors. The kitchen also hasboth an integrated fridge/freezer and a washer dryer.

One bedroom apartments
The top floor one bedroom apartments have an open plan main living and dining space, which opens onto a large wraparound terrace set behind the roof parapet.
