DESCRIPTION

TRUE LINKING A machine that has revolutionized the way of making men's socks. Toe linking is performed entirely by a separate device. The advantages for the user are saving in labour costs and space, and a superior quality sock in terms of finish, resistance and comfort compared to socks made using conventional systems.   Single cylinder, 2 feed machine for the production of socks and pantyhose with the possibility of patterns and Jacquard patterns, heel. and toe in reciprocating motion.   Full-electronic programming of the knitting cycle, article and knitting adjustment. Machine Memory capable of storing various articles, with 8 sizes each. Raising yarn finger plate for easy access to the sinker cap. Automatic article change by the machine’s keyboard or via DIGRAPH3 PLUS.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

GL625 F/H - "SbyS" - 3"¾ Ø cylinder  - Gauge: from 7 to 17 Max speed when knitting plain fabric, with pattern or terry: 300 rpm. (the maximum speed obtainable depends on various factors like: yarns, stitch’s types, lubricant a.s.o.)

Brushless and co-axial main motor. Electronic needle-by-needle selection for the execution of Jacquard patterns. 9 electronic actuators. Pneumatically controlled feeder blocks 9 on the 1st feed and 6 on the 2nd feed programmable degree by degree.. 15 pattern yarn fingers. Elastic yarn finger with positive feeder (possibility upon request of a 2nd elastic yarn finger). Electronic needle-rising cams control. Electronic adjustment of the fabric by cylinder movement via a stepping motor with various graduation options. Electronic chain with possibility of automatic linking programs. Control panel fitted for optional DINEMA “Line-bank” system. Possibility to stop the circular cutter when yarn trimming is not required. Motorized Raising Dial High resolution colour display. Possibility upon request of Motorized circular cutter, to control yarn trimming length. Possibility upon request of Motorized sinkers cap.

PRODUCTION CHARACTERISTICS

Single or double welt with on 1 or 2 feeds. Socks and pantyhose produced on 2 feeds in plain fabric standard or sandwich terry (half&full terry or rib terry with the same sinkers cap). 5 colours on the same course on feed + 3 ground colours for a total combination of 18 colours within the sock. Possibility of mesh structure plus 5 colors on the same course plus tuck stitches plus floated stitches by one feed. 2 feed Jaquard mesh styles with cut-bos design with four colors on each course. Possibility of mesh plus tuck stitches plus floated stitches by 2 feeds. Indipendant laid-in elastic selection. 3D-effect socks, 180° reversed toe, right and left socks, 2-color heel and toe.
