(iii) any measures for the defence or fortification of any place. in the Commonwealth or in any other part of His

Majesty's dominions;(iv) the number, description. orlocation of any prisoners of war;(v) Munitions of war.; .or.(vi) any other matter whatsoever information as to which would

or :Might be- directly -or. indirectly useful to the enemy,or prejudicial to the public safety, , the defence of theCommonwealth 'or -of any other part of His. Majesty'sdominions, the efcient prosecution of the war, or themaintenance of supplies and services essential to the lifeof the community.

5. A Broadcasting Censorship Authority may forbid the broadcast-ing of the whole or any portion of any matter submitted to him inaccordance with paragraph 4 of this Order, or may give directions asto alterations to be made in any such matter.

6. When any matter passed- for broadcasting by a BroadcastingCensorship Authority is not broadcasted within one month after beingso passed by that Authority, a person shall not broadcast that Matterunless it has been re- submitted to and passed by a Broadcasting Censor-ship Authority.

7. The owner or other person in charge of a wireless transmittingapparatus shall not

(a) broadcast, or authorize or permit the broadcasting of, anymatter which he is required by or under this Order tosubmit to a Broadcasting Censorship Authority unless ithas been so submitted and has been passed for broadcast-ing (either with or without alteration) by that authority;

(l)) refuse or fail to comply with any direction given by aBroadcasting Censorship Authority in relation to thebroadcasting of such matter;

(c) broadcast, or authorize or permit the broadcasting of, anystatement to the effect that the broadcasting of anymatter has been forbidden by a Broadcasting CensorshipAuthority, or any statement to the effect, or. from whichit can be inferred, that any alteration, addition, or omis-sion has been made by, or under the direction of, aBroadcasting Censorship Authority; or

(d) broadcast, or authorize or permit the broadcasting of, anymatter in such a way as to show or suggest that anyalteration, addition, or omission lias been made by, orunder the direction of, a Broadcasting CensorshipAuthority.

(2) I fix and declare the maximum price at which Kiln -driedFlooring and Matchboard milled from Radiata Pine ofthe kind or size specified in the first column of the Tablecontained in the Schedule hereunder may be sold in theState of Victoria by the Woods and Forests Department,Victoria Building, Flinders- street, Adelaide, to be theprevailing price, plus the amount of increase set outin the second column of the said Table.

In this Order " prevailing price ", in relation to the saidDepartment, means the price at which Kiln -dried Flooringand Matchboard milled from Radiata Pine was sold bythe Department on 31st August, 1939, at the same placeand subject to the same terms and conditions, but exclud-ing any discount allowed by the Department on the saiddate to purchasers in Victoria.
