Assemblymember Bichotte presenting an overview of Little Haiti’s timeline and dis-cussing plans to move forward.

Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte is honored as Woman of the year at the Hai-tian American Law Enforcement Fraternity Organization’s (HALEFO) Black Tie Affair.

Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte is presented at the Haitian Roundtable’s (HRT) 10th Anniversary Soiree with the Icon Award as one of four honorees in-cluding actress Garcelle Beauvais.

Council Member Jumaane D. Wil-liams greets guests at the Little Haiti Community Forum.

Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte is recognized by the NYS Society of Anesthesiologists (NYSSA) as Legislator of the Year.

Participants at the Little Haiti Community Forum broke out into groups to discuss ideas based on topics such as development, housing, and arts and culture.

Little Haiti Cultural and Business District was officially established in June after City Council adopted a resolution and presented a proclamation announcing its establishment. The streets Rogers Avenue and Nostrand Av-enue were co-named Jean-Jacques Dessalines Boulevard and Toussaint L’ouverture Bou-levard, respectively.
