From the time he worked in his Italian Grandmother’s kitchen as a boy, to his yearsof training as a pastry chef at the Culinary Institute of America and subsequent 13year tenure with The Four Seasons Hotel & Resorts, Michael followed his affinityfor the seemingly simple (yet immensely satisfying) cookie to what would be hisdestiny- Michael’s Cookie Jar.

Since 2006, his mission has been to "graciously serve our community exceptionally delicious cookies made with real ingredients (like butter, fresh eggs and natural flavors), time honored culinary techniques ... and love". Michael couples the nostalgia of our collective childhood memories with the dedication and skill of a trained pastry chef to create a truly delicious culinary experience.
