Give it up for precision time
Alot of us here complain about Invicta CS and do nothing to try to solve our problems but whine (no offense to anyone). I recently purchased my first Invicta a Blue Venom kit. As expected it came defective from shop. I read here all the horror stories about CS from shop and Invicta. Some of you guys gave me great feedback. I
decided to stick with it cause I love the watch. In any case, I did a little research. I ended up taking the watch to Precision Time.
Broken crown $35 dollars plus 9 dollars S&H. Returned in about 10 days tops(including the weekend). Some work is shipped to their main shop in Utah. No secret as to were it is going. Most of the simple work is done right there while you look at other Invictas that they sell(MSRP prices minus 25%, very expensive)
I know about the warranty and all that good stuff that you get when you buy the watch, but you pay almost as much in shipping as I did in the whole thing. Not to mention the aggravation!
So if we love Invicta and refuse to stop buying them, then we need to find alternatives to their repair problems. Hope this might work for some of you here!
While there, I bought two SottoMarino Russo watches. Very nice pieces and for the
price($125 each) not bad!

there is a precision time kiosk in the mall near me. they are a great bunch of guys who go out there way to be helpful. they stock invicta, swiss legend, fossil, sotto and a few other brands and do minor repairs while you wait at reasonable prices

I use Precision Time here in NJ @ Rockaway Townsquare Mall for some repairs & in the beginning for sizing of my bracelets too. They do very good work & they too stock Invicta, etc..

Now there's a logical way around the whole cs/ shipping cost thing. Sounds like a
perfect fix for your situation. __________________

I'm always praising Precision Time. I've bought a few of my Invicta's
there.
Here are a few pics of my last visit. Cell phone pics.

yeah, I have to be careful I don't get to carried away when I go in there. That is where I first tried on a S1 Racer. Decided then that I would need to get me one.

The San Diego Precision Time guys are very cool. They will also talk with you all day
about watches without any pressure to buy. PT kiosks have many brands that are discussed regularly here on WatchGeeks. __________________
